With multiple years of experience and two Bachelors of Science degrees, Tess has worked as a dual qualified Registered Nurse and Midwife having specialised maternity care within the acute and emergency settings, with a passion for working primarily with and for women. Tess has the incredible opportunity to walk alongside women and their families, supporting them throughout various stages of life including pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period.
With a strong foundation and deep passion for holistic care, Tess has seamlessly transitioned into the cosmetic nursing industry, combining her expertise in patient-centered care with a keen interest in skin health and aesthetic treatments. With years of hands-on experience in providing compassionate care to mothers and newborns, Tess now focuses on helping individuals achieve their best skin through innovative and non-invasive aesthetic procedures.

Dr. Mariana is a registered and dedicated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with a special interest in holistic, patient-centred care. Her clinical focus includes fertility & women’s health: particularly the management of endometriosis, menstrual irregularities, and related skin conditions, as well as endocrine imbalances in both men and women. She also supports patients experiencing sleep disturbances and mental health challenges, recognising the deep connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that true healing comes from living in harmony with the true capacities of our bodies, taking into account both our inherent and post-hereditary constitution. She is passionate about helping individuals optimise their health through informed and sustainable lifestyle choices, encouraging ways of living that are aligned with seasonal and environmental influences to support long-term wellbeing, vitality, and graceful ageing.

Dr. Shan is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist, with a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine rooted in a multi-generational family background. She naturally integrates traditional TCM principles into her clinical practice to provide holistic, warm, and compassionate care.
She has a special interest in women’s health, including fertility and IVF support, pregnancy and postpartum care, menstrual irregularities, menstrual pain, and menopause. She also supports natural beauty and wellbeing through cosmetic acupuncture. In addition, Shan helps patients with stress, pain, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, skin conditions, post-stroke recovery support, and general health concerns.
Dr. Shan is passionate about TCM diet therapy and natural food-based healing, empowering patients to strengthen their body’s natural functions and maintain long-term wellbeing. Outside of her practice, Shan enjoys family life, walking, and cooking.
